CIS awards first ISO 42001 certificate to Austrian company
The Austrian technology company Mission Embedded is the first provider in Austria to receive ISO/IEC 42001 certification for the responsible development of AI systems.
The certificate was awarded by the renowned CIS GmbH, a subsidiary of Quality Austria Holding GmbH. With the certification, Mission Embedded offers its customers the assurance that their AI-based solutions meet the requirements of the EU AI Act, especially in terms of transparency, security, reliability and ethics – of crucial importance for companies in the critical infrastructure sector.
