The public CIS training courses can all be booked 1:1 as in-house training. We attach great importance to prioritising your goals. It is important to us to determine your individual training needs based on the current requirements in your company. This enables us to tailor the training content to the circumstances and issues that are relevant and topical for you. It also enables us to incorporate industry-specific case studies. It goes without saying that we will co-ordinate the course with your schedule.

All of our training and further education options can be booked 1:1 as in-house training. However, it is also possible to work with us to design your desired training programme or tailor it to the needs of your company.

Our team will create a customised offer based on your enquiry and selection of the training or further education course.
4. coordination & preparation
Our trainers are carefully selected by us according to their respective core competences and we coordinate a suitable date. You and CIS agree on specific content. We will pass on your wishes to the trainer.

5. realisation & confirmation
Theory, methods, tools and discussion in the group – a balanced and appealing training format helps your learning success and boosts team spirit. Participants receive a certificate after the training. This requires at least 80% attendance per module. A certificate is issued upon successful completion of an examination.

We look forward to your opinion in the follow-up – we send all participants a feedback survey and thanks to your honest evaluation we can continuously develop and optimise ourselves and our offer.
