CIS complaints and appeals procedure

Below you will find a brief overview of the CIS appeals and complaints procedure.

Complaints and objections can be submitted in writing to CIS.

If, in exceptional cases, complaints/objections are submitted verbally, their content will be recorded in writing. The complainant will receive confirmation of receipt within one week. Complaints and/or objections are processed by CIS. Once the complaint or objection has been fully processed, the complainant will receive a final statement.
