Modules
Within 3 days you will learn the essential elements of the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, the implementation of an AI management system as well as the legal principles and their practical realisation. The course combines cutting-edge expertise with practical exercises to optimally prepare you for your role as an AI manager. The focus is on:
Module I
Norm ISO/IEC 42001 – Basics and management system + risk management
- Artificial intelligence and management systems – objectives, motivation, perspective
- AI management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001:2023
- Risk management in accordance with ISO/IEC 23894:2023
- Impact assessment (impact assessment) according to ISO/IEC 42005:2025
Module II
Ethics + legal principles & practice
- Ethics in artificial intelligence and operational requirements
- Legal foundations and practical implementation
Module III
Practical examples and creation of a roadmap. With Lukas Görög, Head of the Academy for Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation.
