At the CIS Summit, those Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) who have made it to the finals will be invited on stage and given the opportunity to present their successful project in an impulse statement. Furthermore, we will include the CISO of the Year in all our communication measures and, in addition to the award, will present the winner or their team with a € 2,000 CIS training voucher.

WHO? Criteria

  • You have successfully completed the realization of an information security management system under challenging conditions, further developed or
  • realized the special integration of different management systems, or
  • implemented a successful, innovative security project.

HOW? Application procedure

It's simple:

1.

Complete the online application form

2.

An independent jury of experts makes a preliminary selection and invites the candidates to an interview with the jury.

3.

The finalists will present their successful projects in an impulse statement at the CIS Compliance Summit.

4.

The winner will be formally announced at the next CIS Summit.
