EnWG §11 paragraph 1a,  EnWG §11 paragraph 1b   

In the Energy Industry Act (EnWG), the German legislator defines the obligation to operate a secure energy supply network or secure energy systems. The basis for this is ISO 27001, ISO 27918 an the security catalogue according to EnWG §11 paragraph 1a and EnWG 11 paragraph 1b.

Operators of energy supply networks and/or energy plants that fall under this law are obliged to provide evidence of appropriate implementation by an accredited company.

Certification

CIS has already been accredited according to EnWG §11 1a as well as EnWG §11 1b and can carry out a certification for you as proof of a legally compliant implementation according to EnWG §11a and EnWG §11 1b. The certificates issued after the successfully completed audit serve as proof to the authorities that the requirements have been implemented in compliance with the law.
